Brett @ the Apple Store

Josey got a very nice birthday gift, it required a trip to the Apple stor for assistance in set up.  We tried at home, and she ended up with all of my emails.  Not good.  We couldn't figure out how to get my information back out.  Brett was able to do that for us and get Josey up and running with iMessage and FaceTime so she can keep contact with Aunt Teresa when she moves to France.
