Max's birthday was the other day and I wanted to give him something sentimental. I had a pocket watch engraved. The first time, the monogram went in a direction that was different than what I intended when I ordered it. Next, the watch didn't work. Arianna has been very helpful in making things right all along the way. Sometimes things don't go as planned. That is just a theme in my life. It is nice when somebody cheerfully steps up to make it right.
