Today was a professional development day. That is day when a bunch of speechiness spend an entire day in a room that is either way too hot or way too cold learning about a specific topic. The speaker was dressed in a super cute outfit, had a stylish haircut and was fit and trim. What does that have to do with my thank you?
I saw Ashley (sat behind me in room 144 for an entire year of grad school) on the way to the bathroom. She said she was thinking about me because the speaker reminded her of me. Huge compliment, thank you Ashley!
