My life would be so much easier if I had a crystal ball. Actually, that's not true. If I had a crystal ball, I would probably just stay in bed, hiding under the covers most of the time paralyzed by fear of what was coming next. What would make it easier is to have an instructional manual that would tell me exactly what decisions I am supposed to make in regard to my children. Of course, with my luck, my manual would be like what you get from IKEA....way too complicated and in Swedish. Maybe, in the end, it is best that I am left to my own devices of muddling through, with my fingers crossed, hoping I am not screwing up too badly.
Luckily, I meet people along the way who are almost as good as a crystal ball and way better than a Swedish instructional manual. That is because they know all the options and resources. Jack, thanks for the information on the school in Cincinnati. It may be the best fit of all!
